आम चुनाव

दो बंदर , पेड पे अधिपत्य किसका हॅ इस लिये लड रहे थे , छोटे जानवरो को जो पेड पे रहते थे उनको बुला के मिटिंग की गई , फॅसला हुआ की आम चुनाव से निर्णय लिया जाएगा l अभी चुनाव आने ही वाले थे कि  पेड गिर गया , खाद पानी धुप की कमी की वजह से । अब चुनाव के लिये नया पेड चुना गया ऑर वहा पुराने पेड की फोटो टांग दी गई ऑर बाकी छोटे जानवरो के लिये राहत शिविर बनाने की घोषणा की गइ मगर चुनाव के बाद

तुम तप करो

क्यो उदास हो गई आज तुम ,
सोना ऑर कुंदन वाली
कहानी सुनी थी ना !!
तुम तो कुंदन हो
तपो
ऑर निखर जाओगी
इसलिये नही क्योकी तुम नारी हो ,
 इसलिये भी नही की तुम ने
मर्यादा की चादर ओढ रखी हॅ
जिसके धागे
असंख्य बलिदानो के मुक गवाह हॅ ,
चादर वही हॅ कबीर की
 झीनि चदरिया
तुम तपो क्योकी
उस तप मे हि तो मानव का
असली पुरुषार्थ छुपा हॅ
ऑर निष्पक्ष इतिहास भी
ऑर मेरे लिये ....
तुम तो वही हो
मेरे उस हिस्से का प्रतीक
या स्वयं मॅ
जो केवल हठ करना जानता हॅ ,
 हठ की तुम तप करो मॅ पुरुष हुं

वर्तमान का भुखा नाच , 
खाने को जुमले वादे ऑर 
पुरानी पंच वर्षिय योजना की फाईले 
कब तक बुद्ध ऑर अशोक को परोसोगे , 
यथार्थ की मार से 
भविष्य की छाती छलनी हो रही 
सब बने गांधारी ...
जहां होते हॅ ऍसे बीमार 
वो हॅ मेरा बिहार

What we have done in last 60 years for Education in India : Analyses without Data

I know its a long debatable topic in India that what has been done in the field of Education. We will get a lot of data from the internet and govt files about the growth and its effects. I come from an engineering background, studied through an English medium school. But when I think what I have learned then I try going through the certificates and console my self that ok ... these are the subjects I have learned or these are the credits I have earned.

Survival for the fittest.... this theory of Darwin is now suitable for Indian Education / Life cycle. We grow up in such a hostile environment where we are taught that education is the biggest tool to earn money and survive. We study to survive ...

After 60 years also we are not quite sure about the educational framework that we should follow that will cover entire length and breadth of the country. When we are not sure about the infrastructure, Quality cannot be discussed. The only infrastructure that we have for our educational system is that govt has ensured every village must have school and every application must be treated and processed . I know a lot of  barriers are their , language, caste , creed and most of all poverty. But has govt followed up effectively on the infra or the laws that it had made on education ? Answer will be no.

Question is , where do we keep education in our priority list. As an individual and also as a system. When we look at the scenario , we focus only on being literate and aim at passing some parameter set up by educational body. People who can afford education , get educated to survive in this competitive world and those who cant afford go through education only for freebies. Gist is that we have failed to promote education as an essential part of life rather than we have promoted it a a necessity to survive, get job. Lot of discussion are going on in adding value to education system but how ? we are asking and committing a student teacher ratio to be 30:1 . Is it possible in present scenario and what about value addition in the provider ( Teacher ).

A question that we should ask us and our system is , who becomes a teacher in today's world in India ? What kind of skill sets he should possess , what are the laws , guidelines for teacher in India .. what is the KPI/KRA set for the teacher.

Time has come to initiate Master trainer programs and run lot of TTT programs in India . I have very less hopes from NSDC and NSDA. lets see if govt bodies are coming up to this approach of creating " lot of Dronacharyas before creating Arjunas"

देश की आर्थिक उन्नती पे लेख

सवाल बहुत आसान था
देश की आर्थिक उन्नती पे लेख लिखे
अर्थ के अर्थ को
अलग-अलग सांचे मे ढाला गया
पाश कालोनी का स्कुल था ,
लेख मे मोबाईल से ले के
गगनचुंबी इमारतो को
बखुबी शब्दो के सुनहरे चादर मे
लपेट के परोसा गया
ध्यान व्याकरणो के सारे नियम
ऑर अलंकारो पे था
आखिरकार मास्टर जी के पॅमानो पे
खडा जो उतरना था
वही सवाल सुदुर क़िसी गाव के
बच्चे के हथ्थे चढा
लंबी खामोशी ..
खुद को देश से
ऑर देश को उन्नति से
जोडने के प्रयास मे उसका
वक्त नही पुरा बचपन बीत गया
कभी लिखता जय जवान जय किसान
तो परोसी मंगलु चाचा की लाश
जो कुंए मे मिली थी जेहन मे आ जाती
हा देखा था सडको को बनते बिगडते
फिर बनते ..
कोसता था अपने ही बाबुजी को
मनरेगा के
द्वारा सडक के निर्माण कार्य मे
उनका भी हाथ था
इसी उधेडबुन मे
समय समाप्ति की घोषना ..
अब सपनो के महल बनाने के लिये मॉका अगले साल
किसको कितने अंक आए ..
