1    Obtain the result of a particular student for 3-5 consecutive years , analyze it on the following parameters:

·         Subjects on which one scores good marks.

·         Subjects which are of his interest.

·         Are the subjects which are of his interest the same as subjects in which he is scoring.

·         Is the class’ overall performance low.

       Examining teachers at regular interval through a common exam so that they can be judged

            Monitory system of education in which students who are good in specific subjects should be encouraged to share their knowledge with others and juniors.
 Feedback from students of senior classes regarding changes in the study pattern or inclusion of anything that might help the juniors in their upcoming standards.
Teachers must specialize themselves in particular subjects rather than taking multiple subjects at primary and secondary levels.
Feedbacks about teachers from parents and children and this must be considered as points when considering promotion of that teacher.
 Standardization of courses for all schools and boards.
 Marks for sports.
Practical means of teaching should be given priority rather than theoretical means. Digitization of classroom.
Interaction at regular intervals among students of different school with common subject interest so that they can exchange their knowledge.
Encouraging students to pursue courses of their interest rather than opting for those courses which has always been popular and followed by masses generation after generation.

छठ का त्यौहार है, हर मन में बिहार है

जिन्दगी मे सदा रॉशनी के लिये ,

जिन्दगी मे सदा रॉशनी के लिये ,
हम बुझते रहे रॉशनी के लिये

कितने जुगनु की हिम्मत बढेगी अगर
मर गए आज हम रॉशनी के लिये

आंधीयों से सॉदा मुमकिन नही
ये बगावत सही रॉशनी के लिये

ना हॅ राहे ना राहिल ना मंजील कोई
बस सफर ही सफर रॉशनी के लिये

गुहारे रोज आती है सतलज के किनारो से

गुहारे रोज आती है सतलज के किनारो से
हमे फुर्सत नही मिलती राशन की कतारो से

अच्छे दिन की आहट कब मेरे गांव मे पहुंचेगी  ,
चलो पुछ लेते है मुल्क के ठेकेदारो से

वही चर्चा मे थी शब भर कल कहकहो के बीच
जो बाते बोल आया था मॅ अपने राजदारो से

मिट्टी सबके साथ एक सा सलुक करती है
यही आवाजे आती है उजडी हुई मजारो से

'कुमार' फिक्र अपनी आज भी तुमको ना रहती है
कोई ये बात कहता था कभी अपने ई्शारो से

उडने को आसमान बहुत है ,

मेरे लिये ये मकान बहुत है

आओ प्यार से मिल ले दोनो ,

लडने को दुनिया जहान बहुत है

चार पहिये की नही चारपाई की ,

जीने को ईतना सामान बहुत है

आसमान की ओर भी नही देखता

मुझपे तु है मेहरबान बहुत है

बेवफाई ,रंजो-गम, गीले शिकवे

कच्ची दोस्ती के नियम , 
खेल कूद के नियम 
मेरे सच्चे या झूठे होने के लिए नियम 
मेरी जात मेरे वर्ण मेरे क्या क्या होने के
प्रमाण के लिए नियम
मेरे चलने के लिए नियम
गिर के सँभालने के लिए नियम
मेरे हिंदू होने के नियम ,
हिंन्दु से अहिंदू ना हो जांऊ
उसके लिए नियम
मै बड़ा हु या छोटा
अमिर या गरीब
राजा या रंक
सबके लिए नियम
मै समझदार हु या नासमझ
ये नियम से होगा निर्धारित
मै स्वर्ग में जाऊंगा या नरक में ,
जनेऊ पहन सकता हु या नहीं ,
मांस मछली खा के पापी हो जाऊंगा
सब के लिए अपने अपने
अलग अलग नियम अलग अलग तर्क
तर्क में जीत हार निर्धारित करने के लिए भी नियम
आजकल शहर में पंछी नहीं दिखते
वर्ना आजाद ना हो पाया
अपनी उड़ान ना उड़ पाया
इस मलाल से दूर
निकल पाने के लिए
एक नियम बनाता रहता
