Problem for Start Ups in India

It is very easy for an inquisitive mind to come up with an Idea. When I was in college , with almost each cup of tea at cafeteria we used to come up with ideas that could have been a milestone in our as well as in the history of any developing country.

But when we started to explore the opportunities in the real world, we always ended up in a nice presentation and few ray of hope on social media. Its also a fact that every body cant be an entrepreneur, but atleast we should have an infrastructure to support any idea and encourage youth towards dreaming for a better world. Its a known fact that an idea starts with a lots of adrenaline but slowly fades away, reason no guidance and proper platform to showcase the idea.

I have not traveled around the world so I can comment on the scenario that is prevailing in India. Going for a startup itself is a tedious task in India. If you are doing at your own, a cob web of govt processes will slow down your process and , the process itself is so tiresome and annoying that many startup dies at the stage of inception only.

If we manage to register the company then comes the problem of managing the resources in India as you have to do every thing at your own and others will look at one opportunity to poach on you. You can call it competition or negative competition whatever, the economics of India asks you to go to that extent.

Still wondering when will the govt truly look at the resources that are capable of generating jobs.

Since the movement of Anna Hazare and team called IAC and inception of Aam Aadmi Party, A lot of talk is going across India regarding which is the right team to join and fight for a better nation. AAP has changed a lot of thought process of even parties like congress and BJP who were running the administration and politics in India since decade. Changed thought process but, have created a division between the energy called youth in the nation. Prolong debates and war of words , counter question that are easily available on social media sites and YouTube video says the same story of division of power across nation.

Political parties have become like corporate companies where employees are not allowed to work with other companies irrespective of how noble the cause is. Is it the strategy or an ego around which we are trying to revolve our workforce.

Chal Bharat Chal with Team Rebuild India are trying to diminish this ego and create leaders who are passioned for a better nation than a better party.

Why we fight if our goal is a better India ?

sometimes I feel very sorry after watching the discussions among supporters of various political parties. One thing is very clear, our motto and aim is a better nation, so keeping this as a bottom line why can't our discussions be a bit constructive so that we can come to some kind of conclusion in place of passing the bucks and kiddish blame games ?

When a youngster watches the discussion, I can imagine what kind of perceptions he would be forming in his mind about future of Indian politics. Its not only about the language that we use but also the topics that we choose to discuss. There is a war going out in twitter and other social media regarding 2014 elections, Will it be #Feku or #Pappu ? Does this really matter to who wins and become prime minister as the system we are following is completely rotten. We have experienced in past how just idol worshiping has led to autocracy and anarchy in a country. Indira Gandhi is a perfect example that proved " Power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely".

There are a lot of issues regarding environment that Uttarakhand incident has raised.Are we serious or are we discussing even on topics directly linking with human life and creating natural balance in the habitat that we live ? No, because this is what media and so called political parties want. They want us to deviate from important issues and concentrate on controversial issues so that they can divide people in at least two sides and count their strength.

If we are patriotic and nationalist then we should create a platform to educate people regarding the game that's going on in political arena.

Poor Educatuon System for Poor

What is education for ? To make you aware of some science affairs or some history dates, or it is for making one able to calculate his finances ? I think education is much more than a curriculum. In India literacy rate is increasing day by day but are we providing the confidence of knowledge to a person so that he can question the system in case of being cheated. I can see hundreds of NGOs working in the field of education but still people are so afraid of questioning. Questioning when an Auto wala cheats you, questioning when police harasses you, questioning when some one demands bribe and so on. India is against corruption but still majority of the country is unaware of this situation because he/she has not bean taught the pros and cons of corruption.When a girl child is raped in a village or even in a city, people think its better to keep quit because they don't know what will happen if someone keeps quite on a issue which is not his personal issue but a national issue.Janlokpal will bring a clear system but will people come in front of Lokpals with issues ? I think either answer is no or it will take a lot of time. Why not to educate gen next about present laws or upcoming laws, duties and moral responsibilities ? Corruption is an eternal issue it can only be eradicated through mature nurturing of children. Make a rickshaw wala so powerful that he can complain if someone fights with him for wages, laws are there but he is so hesitant that he'll never turn up or he has a fear of system, either caste or political. Our work should not be to make a farmer literate but educated enough that he should not commit suicide and ask govt why is he in such a condition, We are coming up with such curriculum."Chal Bharat Chal "

Education in India - A Blame Game

Education is not a system in India, its just a burden that even parents want to lay off.Primary education is about knowing the alphabetic system, higher secondary about mathematics then after its all about job. We only complain the in late 40s that we don't know what budget is, what inflation is, what is the importance of civic sense and there are lot of common sense that that we delete from our job aimed education. If we talk about Return of investment then actually we are incurring a huge loss.A common incidence - A huge population of India, even graduate people are unaware of Blood group, blood donation and trivia related to it. When we want blood we think its our right to get but what about at the time of donation. how blood comes to a blood bank is also a process and we need to understand and support. We shout at price rice or inflation, why don't we rebuttal ? because we don't know its pros and cons. If we embed all this quality in our education system then may be we'll have an upcoming generation more responsible than present one. What we are fighting now or then is with present system but we are not doing any thing in modifying our outdated education system. In today's time, students are attempting suicide because of marks and placement in an MNC. So in India we teach that if you don't have good certificates or job then you should die.Time to think the root cause of increasing crime rate in children, insecurity in children, negative competition in children and lot of many stuff related to what we can embed in them to make them a loyal citizen as well as a good resource.We are coming up with such a course outline. Implementation of Education for Social Cause

We often talk about more practical and live sessions in any curricular, this is because we want students to understand where to apply which concept. If this is true in the case of normal education then why not in the case of laws, legal duties, civic sense, fundamental duties etc. At least one should know the practical aspect of annual budget, effect on normal life, corruption and its disadvantages and with it, how to tame these social issues through laws already present in the book. Laws are not made to keep stuffed in a book. These are made for citizens to access.
How to make law accessible to common man, how to bring transparency in any system. "Chal Bharat Chal" is all about this.Find the ways through which a person sitting in Sikkim can help a person suffering in Kanyakumari. Working class can contribute through few hours in weekend.
